Shipping Policy

  1. In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of the order date. Most orders are expected to arrive within 2-10 business days from the shipping date.
  2. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive tracking information. You can also track your order on our website.
  3. The lead time for pre-order items is subject to change and should be considered an estimate only. Occasional delays beyond our control may occur.
  4. Items from the same order may not always be loaded onto the same delivery truck. Please be aware that you may receive your order in multiple packages on different days.
  5. Please notify any special delivery accommodations such as liftgate and specified delivery time, etc. by adding an order note or contact us.  Additional fees may apply. 
  6. Larger orders may require shipment via freight carriers (LTL). Additional charges may apply for delivery to limited-access locations, such as rural or gated residences, and construction sites.
  7. Additional shipping fees may apply for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We will contact you if such charges are applicable, and ship your order once payment is received.

Return policy
We are happy to accept returns within 60 days of your order. Please read the following information carefully.

  1. To start a return, please submit a Return Inquiry form or contact us at help@giorbello.com.
  2. A refund will be issued for items returned in their original packaging and in good, sellable condition within sixty (60) days of the pickup or shipment date.
  3. Please note that product conformity to a sample cannot be guaranteed. Products may have slight variations in size, color, shade, veining, texture, and polish. Samples are provided to represent the general characteristics of the product, but variations may occur.
  4. Samples and shipping charges are non-refundable.
  5. Orders can only be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our standard return policy.
  6. Giorbello is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Once your return request is approved, a return shipping label will be emailed to you. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund and reflected on your refund invoice.
  7. To maintain competitive prices, a 10% restocking fee is applied to all returns. This fee helps cover the costs of inspecting, handling, and restocking returned items.
  8. For large order returns, we will provide detailed packaging instructions to ensure products are secure during LTL transit. We strongly recommend emailing us a picture of the pallet before LTL pick-up. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return transit or for returns that are not received.
  9. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to inspect returned items. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days after the inspection is complete.
