When will my order ship?
All orders will be shipped on the same or the next business day. You may log into “My Account” and click on “My Order” or click “Track my order” in the website footer to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information once the order has been shipped.

Can I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Received order with a missing item
Sometimes orders ship in multiple shipments. Please check your shipping notification email to see which products were expected in the shipments you received, and check all the products in the boxes. Sometimes the boxes may be stacked together.
If you still miss anything, please attach a picture of all the products you received and contact us via help@giorbello.com.
